Director of Business Operations

Jared Sunsdahl serves as the Director of Business Operations at Vets Recover. After retiring from the U.S. Army in 2025, he didn’t slow down—he jumped straight into his next chapter, joining Vets Recover and continuing his commitment to serving others.

In 2026, Jared began leading Integrative Health Coaching at Vets Recover, working closely with both residents and staff to supp'ort whole-person wellness. His approach is grounded not just in training, but in lived experience—Jared has been in recovery for over three years, which deeply shapes the way he connects with and supports others on their own journeys.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Career & Technical Education and is a Certified Resilience Building Leadership Program Trainer as well as a Certified Integrative Health Coach. Whether he’s coaching, leading, or simply listening, Jared brings authenticity, empathy, and a steady presence to the Vets Recover team.
