Chief Executive Officer

Kent Davis serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Vets Recover, bringing decades of leadership, service, and compassion to the organization’s mission. With over 30 years of combined military service in both the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy, Kent’s career has been dedicated to serving others—both in uniform and as a civilian leader.

Before joining Vets Recover as CEO in August 2025, Kent built a successful career as a lawyer and senior manager while remaining a steadfast supporter of the organization since its early days in 2019. His connection to Vets Recover grew from shared values of integrity, service, and commitment to helping veterans heal and thrive.

Kent holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University, a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University, and a certificate in International Dispute Resolution from Johannes Kepler University in Austria. His thoughtful leadership is rooted in experience, empathy, and a genuine belief in the power of community and recovery.
