SCUBA Instructor- Helping 2 Overcome Program

Robert “Rob” Renfrow brings enthusiasm, experience, and a lifelong love of diving to the Vets Recover team. After retiring from the U.S. Air Force, Rob and his family settled in Navarre, Florida, where he pursued his passion for diving to new depths—earning advanced certifications in areas such as Technical Diving, Trimix, and Advanced Wreck Penetration.

Rob has been diving since 2010, when he earned his first certification in Montana. Before becoming an instructor, he worked as a Divemaster, supporting dive training and helping others explore the underwater world safely and confidently.

Now a NAUI Instructor, Rob holds multiple technical diving certifications, including SDI Divemaster, PADI Cavern, TDI Advanced Nitrox/Decompression Procedures, TDI Trimix, TDI Tec-75, and TDI Advanced Wreck. He’s excited to continue growing as an instructor while deepening his own education in dive theory and practice—and to share that journey with the Vets Recover community.
